I am a 25 year old field sales engineer who was once a great swimmer and played water polo at Ohio State. Despite my alcohol usage, I was in pretty good shape.

Since college, I've roller-coastered through great health and horrible shape. As I write this just before Thanksgiving 06, I am in the worst shape of my life.

Now that my sales training ...

Since college, I've roller-coastered through great health and horrible shape. As I write this just before Thanksgiving 06, I am in the worst shape of my life.

Now that my sales training is over, I am determined to get back into shape and feeling great again!

Goals:
1. Weightlift - 3x/week (HST)
2. Cardio - 3x/week (running and/or swimming)
3. 185 g Protein per day, preferably 200. Using fitday.com to keep track.

I move to West LA in January
